At Evo Card Club, we take pride in supplying genuine and high-quality trading card products.
Sealed Products
Due to the nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns on sealed items that have been opened.
All Booster packs, Booster boxes, Tins, Elite Trainer Boxes and other sealed products are supplied from genuine sources and may be compromised if opened.
Returns for sealed products will only be accepted if the item remains:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original sealed condition
Opening sealed products may affect eligibility for return.
Change of Mind
Customers may request a return for change of mind within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the item remains:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original condition
Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Inspection of Returned Items
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If a returned item shows evidence of:
- Opening
- Tampering
- Resealing
- Alteration
- Use
We reserve the right to refuse the return.
Any returned item found to be in a different condition from when it was originally supplied may be deemed ineligible for a refund.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We package all items with care to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
However, if damage has occurred in transit, we may require supporting information such as:
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the item
- A description of the damage
This information may be required to support a courier claim.
Failure to provide reasonable supporting evidence may affect the outcome of a refund or replacement request.
